Jugjugg Jeeyo reaches Rs 100 crore worldwide; Karan Johar says ‘Crazy Parivaar taking over the box office'

Jugjugg Jeeyo has been steadily grabbing the attention of the audience and it has reached the mark of Rs 100 crore mark at the worldwide box-office. Earlier today, KJo’s Dharma Productions took to their official social media account and shared that the movie has crossed Rs 100 crore worldwide.

Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani featured as a lead pair for the very first time in the movie Jugjugg Jeeyo. Also starring Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in lead roles, the movie was released in theatres on June 24, 2022.

Karan Johar also shared his excitement as Jugjugg Jeeyo entered the Rs 100 crore club. He wrote in one of his Instagram stories, “With your love and support this Crazy Parivaar is taking over the box office! #JugJuggJeeyo enters the 100 crore club with your love and support.”

Film critic Taran Adarsh also shared an update on the domestic box office business of Jugjugg Jeeyo and tweeted, “#JugJuggJeeyo is back on track on [second] Sat, with biz witnessing a solid 56.77% growth... Metros continue to perform very well, driving its biz... Will cross ₹ 65 cr today [second Sun]... [Week 2] Fri 3.03 cr, Sat 4.75 cr. Total: ₹ 61.44 cr. #India biz.”

Meanwhile, self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan, recently took a jibe at the box-office business of Jugjugg Jeeyo and alleged Karan Johar of lying about the collection. He also took a dig at Varun Dhawan and shared a tweet that read, “Survey result:- 65% people believe that #VarunDhawan fees should be 2₹! Fair enough!”
In another tweet KRK wrote, “Karan Johar is giving ₹53Cr week1 business of #JugJuggJeeyo and real business is ₹41Cr! Means Karan is fair. Because every producer gives 25% fake collections.”
