Mumbai University Exam dates likely soon, students hope for post Diwali dates

Mumbai University or University of Mumbai is expected to release the new dates soon for the final year students. As per reports, the university has been asked to shift/postpone the exam but an official notice is yet to be released by them. Students from various colleges had requested the university to postpone the exam as they did not get adequate time to prepare.

As per reports, the students were requesting postponement of exam of the fifth semester which is scheduled to start from October 15, 2022. They have asked the university of Mumbai to shift the exam by a month and hope for the exam to be held after Diwali break.

Further the students have written a letter as well asking the university to postpone the semester 5 exam as per the reports. Students mentioned that due to COVID-19 classes were held online for the past two years and exams were also held in online mode but because this time the exams are physically conducted the students have been out of practice of writing and they need more time to prepare. Few students from various universities even gathered around the Bhavan asking for postponement of the exam

According to reports, the officials have given assurance to the students and the decision is going to be announced soon after the Board's meeting

Once the Mumbai University takes a decision regarding the new exam dates, it will be notified on the official website, mu.ac.in. Candidates/students are requested to keep checking the official website for the latest updates regarding the semester five exam dates and other announcements.
