Social media is a dark place and the recent incident involving actress and social media personality Urfi Javed is proof. The diva, who shot to fame for her funky fashion sense after participating in Karan Johar-hosted Bigg Boss OTT, has received death threats online. Not just that, trolls even dragged the untimely and extremely shocking killing of Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moose Wala as they wished death on her.
Urfi often finds herself at the receiving end of vicious trolls, mostly for her rather bizarre looks and bold fashion choices. However, the recent comments on her Instagram posts make one wonder how low can these nasty netizens stoop.
On Friday, Urfi Javed took to her social media to share screenshots of hate texts and penned a strong note. While a shocked Urfi expressed how "scary" it was to receive such texts, she also hit back at haters like a boss lady.
"Just posting few of the comments which I've received in the past few days! People wishing I died, get shot by. We live in a cruel world but let me tell you guys something, you guys need to pray harder for my death coz guess what this b***ch's here to stay!" read her first note.
