In an interview with ETimes, Ashish said that it was Himesh Reshammiya who started teasing Pawandeep and Arunita. He said, "Himesh Reshammiya started it and we kept it going BTS (Behind The Scenes). Unke dono ke beech kya tha woh toh pata nahin, but we had lots of fun in teasing them."
Talking about their viral video of Pawandeep and Arunita, Ashish said, "Badhiya hai, dono khush hai. If they are happy with each other, my blessings and love is with them." Well, it looks like Ashish is indirectly confirming Pawandeep and Arunita's relationship.
However, Pawandeep and Arunita have never confirmed the same and maintained that they are just very good friends. Earlier, Arunita had opted out of a music video featuring Pawandeep. Many had speculated that there have been some issues between the two but it turned out to be fake stories.
