The host Karan asked Rakhi if she has opted for plastic surgeries. Rakhi, who won Karan with her confidence said, "Apne aap ko khoobsurat banane ke liye Miss Universe se leke Miss World se leke badi badi heroines kar sakte hain, toh Rakhi Sawant kyun nahi? (If Miss Universe, Miss World and other celebrated heroines can make themselves pretty then why not Rakhi Sawant?)."

On the work front, Rakhi made her film debut in 1997 with Agnichakra under the name Ruhi Sawant. She starred in small roles and did some Bollywood dance numbers.
