She has refrained from giving a statement, but numerous reports suggest that Samantha has been suffering from a rare skin disorder and is being treated for the same in the USA. Another report went on to add that Samantha has begun prepping for her upcoming web show Citadel.
Long before these reports began doing the rounds, fans were mighty worried wondering why an actress who is otherwise so active on social media has been away for so long. She broke the spell when Samantha went on to share the new teasers for her upcoming releases - Shakuntalam and Yashoda.
But this time around, it's something else. Samantha's Instagram bio has always revealed a lot about her current state of mind. Rumours of her strained marriage with Naga Chaitanya also began doing the rounds after the name in her social media name.
