As per a report by Etimes, Abhay is yet to reveal who he plans to tie the knot with as the actor maintains a low profile about his relationship status. Over his career spanning 17 years, Abhay has hardly been vocal about his romantic front.

On the work front, Abhay made his Bollywood debut with Imtiaz Ali's Socha Na Tha in 2005. His breakthrough came with Anurag Kashyap's modern day adaptation of classic Bengali novel Devdas. The film titled Dev.D starred Abhay in the titular role with Kalki Koechlin and Mahie Gill playing Chanda and Paro respectively.
Currently, the actor is gearing up for the release of Jungle Cry. As per media reports, the sports drama is based on the true story of underprivileged tribal boys who try out their luck by playing at the International Junior Rugby Tournament under coach Rudraksh Jena played by Abhay.
It will start streaming on Lionsgate Play from June 3. The film also stars Emily Shah, Sherry Baines, Julian Lewis Jones and also features cameos by referees Nigel Owens, Phil Bennett, and more.
