Kairav calls off his wedding with Anisha. Anisha goes behind him and asks him to support her but Kairav refuses. Anisha threatens to fall off the terrace.

The latest episode of Harshad Chopda, Pranali Rathod and Karishma Sawant starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Kairav messaging Akshara and asking her to remind Anisha to reveal the truth. He comes home and gets irritated as everyone gears up for the other wedding rituals. He then confesses in front of everyone that he is not going to marry Anisha.
Everyone gets shocked and ask him the reasons. He says that they should ask Anisha the reason behind this separation. Kairav leaves and Abhimanyu asks Anisha about it. Anisha tells Abhimanyu that she will get Kairav back and goes behind him.
Mahima begins arguing with the Goenkas and blames them. Soon, the Birlas and the Goenkas begin fighting with each other. On the other hand, Kairav asks Anisha to reveal the truth and tell the family. She asks him to support her for some time till she is ready to share the truth. At the Birla house, Abhimanyu asks Akshara what is the matter.
She says that only Kairav and Anisha can explain them the best. Kairav leaves while Anisha threatens to fall off the terrace. Kairav runs to stop her and bring her back but she falls off. Abhimanyu gets a call from the hospital and he gets shocked.
He tells everyone that Anisha has fallen and Kairav took her to the hospital. Everyone rush and leave for the hospital. Abhimanyu gets shocked to see Anisha. They go to meet her but she passes away. Everyone breaks down and Abhimanyu blames Kairav. Kairav tells them that Anisha's foot slipped and starts crying. A man comes and accuses Kairav.
Mahima slaps Kairav and Abhimanyu gets angry but Akshara supports Kairav. She tells everyone to stop fighting as they are hurting Anisha's soul.
