The actress who plays Gorr's daughter, Love, in Thor: Love and Thunder is a member of the primary cast of that film. Surprised? Well, it's true! After experiencing countless upheavals in his life and losing practically everyone close to him, Thor is shown in Love and Thunder looking for purpose. By the end of the movie, Thor discovers something more significant than he had anticipated: a child to raise and take care of, who calls him "Uncle Thor" with affection.
India Rose Hemsworth, Chris Hemsworth's daughter, portrays Gorr's daughter, also known as "Love". Given the obvious chemistry the two display throughout the little sequence in which they meet, this may not come as news. India Rose was not the only child of the primary cast of Love and Thunder to feature in the movie, nor is she Hemsworth's only child to do so.
Thor: Love and Thunder includes scenes with the kids of Taika Waititi, Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, and Chris Hemsworth. The Asgardian children Gorr kidnapped were depicted in the majority of instances. However, Sasha and Tristan Hemsworth, who were on-screen briefly at the beginning of the movie, played two youthful versions of Thor. India Rose Hemsworth, who played Gorr's daughter in the film Love and Thunder, had the biggest role of all the young actors.
The kids assisted in creating the shadow creatures that Gorr summons with the Necrosword, which was another innovative method in which many of the star kids were used. Waititi had his daughters sketch what they imagined the monsters would look like after being moved by a chat with one of them. He subsequently requested the same thing of the Love and Thunder cast.
Everyone in the movie looks to be having a great time, which makes sense given that Love and Thunder is a family vacation for its cast and crew. What Thor and Love's future has in store or whether Love and Thunder will have a direct sequel are yet unclear. Rest be assured, watching it right now in the theatres is going to be worth it.
