Not losing weight even after a month of hard work? Here are the changes you need to make

Have you been religiously working out but not seeing the results just yet? Here's what you're probably doing wrong...
Workout not working?

Workout not working?

We work so hard at the start of every year to make a fitness resolution that we intend to keep. Lose those extra inches, fit into that old black dress and lead a healthy lifestyle has been a top priority for most of us this year. We've also been seeing the rise of 'how to be that girl' and 'that girl routine' all over Instagram. Have you also kickstarted this routine but are unable to see a change even 26 days later?
There is quite a chance that you're doing something wrong or missing out on a few basic steps during this routine and that is not letting your body lose weight. Here are a few things you need to know:
Not getting enough sleep
You may think that it's super superficial, but if your body isn't well-rested, you're just not going to have the stamina to lose the weight. Your metabolism slows down and your body can't function how it should.
Coffee first?
If you're one of those who kickstart your day with a cup of coffee as soon as you wake up then you're just slowing down the process of weight loss. When you wake up in the morning, your body is dehydrated and you need to give it what it needs - either a glass of water or warm water with lemon.
Skipping cardio
Most of us would prefer yoga and weights over cardio. But doing 20 minutes of cardio a day is one of the most important factors to aid loss. Whether it's skipping or even spot walking in your room while watching your favourite show.
Midnight munchies
They are a big no-no even if you're having a bowl of fruits. Post dinner, give yourself the liberty to eat a sweet treat and that's about it. If you feel extremely hungry post that, have a glass of warm water or green tea but no solid food.
