Mumbai police have seized 701 kgs of drugs | Is ‘Breaking Bad’ near Mumbai? | The Big Focus

In this episode of The Big Focus, Avni Raja will discuss the mega drug scandal where the Mumbai police have seized 701 kgs of Mephedrone. The cost of this drug is more than Rs. 1,400 crores. This has been the largest recovery of synthetic stimulant drug in Maharashtra in the past 1 year. The operation was started by the Indian Narcotic Cell unit of Worli, Mumbai. According to sources, an entire factory was present, which manufactured the drug and got busted by the police in the Nala Sopara area. 5 accused in this case has been arrested. The police traced the accused after which they arrested 4 men and 1 woman. The main accused is a 52-year-old man who holds a postgraduate degree in organic chemistry.
