Mohammad Kaif was all praise for Indian middle-order batsman Suryakumar Yadav.

Indian middle-order batsman Suryakumar Yadav has been making rapid gains in the ICC Men's T20I rankings for batsmen as a result of his exploits in the shortest format of the game. Batting at number four, SKY has left cricket experts in awe of his batting with back-to-back superlative performances.
SKY's fearless batting approach has won him many fans, one of them being former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif.
Kaif took to social media to highlight how SKY had performed brilliantly under all circumstances and made the No. 4 spot his own.
"Top class pacers or spinners, turning or seaming pitches, difficult match situation - nothing bothers Surya. He might not win orange cap, MoM but he will win you matches. No.4 pe rumal daal diya Surya ne, he's not moving for a long time. ⁦@surya_14kumar," Kaif tweeted.
In the 1st ODI against South Africa on September 28, Yadav was involved in a match-winning 93-run stand with opener KL Rahul after India lost two early wickets of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in pursuit of 106. Yadav remained unbeaten on 50 off just 33 balls as he continued his brilliant form in white-ball cricket for India.
2022 has been a dream year for Yadav - who has now scored 700 runs in the shortest format of the game. What makes his run-scoring spree even more special is the fact that those runs have come at an average of 40.66 and a strike-rate of 180.29.
Yadav has also been one of the most consistent performers in the Indian Premier League (IPL) where he has become a lynchpin of Mumbai Indians' batting line-up.
Earlier, legendary Australian cricketer Ricky Ponting recalled how SKY, as a teenager, did not get matches to play while being a part of the MI set up and started to get noticed after he was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and then bought back by Mumbai.
"When I was in Mumbai, he was an 18-19 year old kid, a young man. He was in our squad not quite getting a game. The year after I left, he was traded to Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) where his career started to turn around. He got a bit of an opportunity in the middle order and then MI bought him back in the auction and has been a match-winning player for them for five or six seasons now, to the point that he is one of their retained players", Ponting told ICC.
