Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara have been busy painting the town red with their romance ever since they got hitched. From sharing mushy posts to supporting each other, the two lovebirds have been dishing out serious couple goals for their fans.

On Thursday (September 22), Vignesh shared an unseen video from his fun-filled birthday celebrations on social media. Can you guess what's the highlight of the clip? Well, it has to be Vignesh and Nayanthara's cute chemistry. The filmmaker can be seen showering his wifey with kisses as she hugged him while singing the birthday song.

The Thaanaa Serndha Koottam filmmaker penned a note to thank his beloved partner for her love and support. He called Nayanthara 'Thangamey', which means gold in English.

Vignesh expressed his gratitude towards Nayanthara for making his birthday 'extra special' and said this 2022 was 'too emotional' for him. "It’s my 8th birthday with you my thangamey #nayanthara. You have made every birthday extra special than the previous one! But this one was too emotional! Thank u for being the lover you are," he wrote.

The 37-year-old added, "U know what makes me the happiest and u gave me exactly that. To more years of love, happiness and peace! Thank you ☺️ Love you and the way you love me, more and more." The clip has received over 1.6 lakh views within forty minutes.

Vignesh, who turned a year older on September 18, had jetted off to Dubai with Nayanthara and his family members to celebrate his birthday. The Lady Superstar of the South Indian industry had surprised her hubby by hosting a midnight bash below Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

The two South stars took their relationship to the next level after dating for close to seven years. They tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in June 2022 in the presence of their loved ones. Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay Sethupathi had attended their wedding celebrations to bless the couple.
