Design
Post unboxing the OnePlus 10T, the first impressions feel very positive. The device feels premium, dense, and well made. The back in the 'Jade Green' shade looks nice in the glossy glass back, but it's been 5mins and it's already a fingerprint magnet. The front display panel and rear glass back are both Gorilla Glass 5 protected.

Moving on, the device has a metal-looking frame, and the first thing you would notice is the lack of the classic 'Alert slider' that OnePlus devices are known for. The volume rocker seems lonely on the left side of the OnePlus 10T. On the right side, there is a power button and that's all. At the bottom part, the USB Type-C port and speaker grille take up space.
OnePlus 10T - Camera Bump dominates the rear
OnePlus 10T - Camera Bump dominates the rear
Flipping the device, shows the design elements which are kinda similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro. But the OnePlus 10T comes with a uni-body design and it feels very premium to hold. The camera module merges with the metal frame with a considerable bump. The camera bump makes the phone wobble when kept on a flat surface. I'm just nit-picking though. The camera module is designed in a way that make it look like a Quad-camera setup. However, there are three camera sensors and the fourth one is the LED flash.

OnePlus has implemented a lot of software tweaks for improving photography like Image Clarity Engine 2.0 for super-fast image capturing, and Nightscape 2.0 for low light photography.

In our initial usage, the camera seems to do a great job. The images seem sharp with natural colors. While snapping some sample pictures, the speed of the camera is just impressive. Video capabilities of the rear camera setup is up to 4K/60 and the front camera is limited to 1080/30. Electronic stabilization in video is available for the front selfie camera along with OIS for the rear camera setup.

Performance
With the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 powering the OnePlus 10T, the device is very snappy, the speed difference is immediately noticeable. The animated wallpaper just shines through the 120hz display. The review unit is the 12GB/256GB variant and our views are based on this variant.
We tried gaming for a little while and the performance was great, along with the 120hz display doing a great job.
The 4800mAh battery is supported by the 160W SuperVOOC charger which comes in the box, the charger can charge the device with up to 150W of power.

Other things
In terms of connectivity, the OnePlus 10T quickly connected to our Wi-Fi 6 router, and downloading apps and games was fast. The device also supports Bluetooth 5.3 and Dual-sim support.
The optical fingerprint scanner is placed a bit lower on the screen and feels a bit slower than ultrasonic scanners, but we will have to test this further.
The Stereo speakers are loud and have great stereo separation, even the call quality was great.
OnePlus 10T is available in two colors Moonstone Black and Jade Green from a starting price of INR 49,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant, the review unit - 12GB/256GB variant is available for INR 54,999 and the top end variant with 16GB/256GB is priced at INR 55,999.
