CBSE Registration 2023 last date extended for Class 9th, 11th data submission till Oct 15 on cbse.gov.in

The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has extended the last date for submission of registration data for Class 9th and 11th students. CBSE 2023 Registration process for Class 9th and 11th will now be conducted till October 15 on the official website--cbse.gov.in. CBSE 9th and 11th Registration process is crucial for the students who are going to appear for the CBSE Board exams as CBSE only allows the priorly registered students.

CBSE on Friday announced to extend the CBSE Registration dates for Classes 9th and 11th after receiving representations from various schools. CBSE-affiliated schools will be required to register the students and submit the Registration data like the candidate's name, parents' name, signature, photographs, and other information as asked on the portal.

As per the CBSE Guidelines on Board registrations, schools are required to complete the registration process by the individual entry of the data or by uploading the duly filled excel sheet provided by the online registration system.

Students getting registered for the CBSE Board exams will be required to pay the prescribed registration fee. Students from India who is registering for Class 9th will be required to pay CBSE registration fees of Rs 300, while students abroad will have to pay Rs 500. Indian Students registering for Class 11th will be required to pay Rs 300 Rs 600 for students from abroad. This is to be noted that visually impaired students are exempted from payment of the registration fee.

CBSE registration will an additional fee of Rs 2000 will be held from October 16 to 30, 2022.
