The British left India 75 years ago but they also left several iconic buildings that became the face of Indian democracy. But as India celebrates 75 years of Independence - the seat of power in Delhi is witnessing redevelopment on a grand scale. Govt also plans to extend Central vista stretch to the old fort. Approx. 134 mtr long iconic structure will be established on western bank of Yamuna.
