Arijit Singh lends his voice to the devotional track Deva Deva, which is written by Pritam. Amitabh Bhattacharya wrote the lyrics. He also wrote the chorus to the song Kesariya, which caused a stir online since it used the phrase "love storiyaan." For the same reason, the song received harsh criticism.
“The amalgamation of Ranbir's acting and Arijit's voice is just to another level,” a fan commented in response to Deva Deva. Another one said, "After Kesariya, this will become a huge blockbuster." Many people have also praised the song's video. Another person stated, “As of now the thing I love in this movie is the VFX. It is so crisp and clear that makes me feel every particle real.”
Ayan Mukerji directorial, Brahmastra, will be released on September 9 after five years in production. Ranbir and his wife Alia are working together for the first time on this project.
