Govinda Naam Mera trailer out: Vicky, Bhumi, Kiara present a story about open marriages
The trailer of Govinda Naam Mera, starring Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani, and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles, is now out. The film has been written and directed by Shashank Khaitan of the Dulhania series fame.

The trailer of Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani, and Bhumi Pednekar’s much-awaited film Govinda Naam Mera has now been unveiled. Backed by Karan Johar and written and directed by Shashank Khaitan, Govinda Naam Mera is touted to be an out-and-out entertainer. The film is slated for an OTT release in December.

Prior to the trailer release, the makers unveiled the character posters of the three leads one by one. “Govinda naam mera, naachna kaam mera. Aa raha hun jald, apni kahaani le kar!” read the caption for Vicky’s character poster.
The introduction for Bhumi’s first look read, “Ayeee, Gauri aa rahi hai. Taiyaar ho ki nahi?” while Kiara’s character poster was shared with the caption, “Come and say hi huku with Suku!” Bhumi will be seen as Vicky’s wife and Kiara will be portraying the role of his girlfriend.
Later, a poster featuring the three leads together was unveiled, which left the fans asking for more.
Talking about Govinda Naam Mera, Shashank recently said that the film is a complete family entertainer which will keep the viewers guessing until the end. Notably, it marks the second collaboration between Vicky and Kiara. They previously featured together in Karan’s short film in Lust Stories.
Govinda Naam Mera will have its premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on December 16.
