The latest episode of Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna and Sudhanshu Pandey starrer Anupamaa begins with the doctor telling the Shahs and Kapadias that Vanraj and Anuj's condition is still critical. He tells the families that they can only see Vanraj and Anuj from a distance.
At the Shah house, Choti Anu dreams about Anuj and Vanraj returning home happily and they also promise that they will never fight again. Choti Anu smiles in her dreams and Dolly, Kinjal say that choti Anu should get all the happiness she is dreaming.

Suddenly, choti Anu gets up and asks for Anupamaa and Anuj. Kinjal and Dolly put her to sleep. At the hospital, Anupamaa and Kavya look at Anuj and Vanraj. They both cry thinking about the time they have spent together. The family members also come there and think of Anuj and Vanraj.
Kavya cries and says who would have Vanraj and Anuj would go through this today. The doctor then comes in and says that the next 42 hours will be difficult for Vanraj and Anuj. They all again ask Kavya what exactly had happened.
Kavya begins narrating the incident and tells everyone that she has no idea how they both argued and fell off the hill. She cries as she recalls the incident. Ankush tells that Vanraj must have pulled Anuj and thrown him off. Baa and Toshu immediately defend Vanraj and argue with Ankush.
Anupamaa shouts at them and asks them to be quiet. She asks them to think about Anuj and Vanraj who are fighting for their lives. She asks them to pray for Anuj and Vanraj.
The doctor then comes there and tells them that Vanraj is responding to the treatment but Anuj is still critical. Anupamaa breaks down in tears.
