Thane: The Tilak Nagar police in Dombivli booked a 60-year-old man for allegedly forcing a female dog to bestiality at his home for the last two years. A few kids recorded him in the act and posted a video of it online, which is how the incident was publicly disclosed.
According to a report by Mid-Day, this video was sent to animal lover Rekha Redkar via WhatsApp and she called the cops right away. The Dombivli police have filed a complaint against the accused and have begun their investigation. As per reports he left the area and is currently missing.

Cops claimed the accused had been engaging in bestiality for at least two years.
"We have lodged an FIR under section IPC 377 (unnatural sex) and (11)(1)(a) of the 1960 Animal Cruelty Act," a police official from the Tilak Nagar police station stated.
The official also said that the suspect is absconding and they are trying their level best to find him.
Mitesh S. Jain, an Honorary District Animal Welfare Officer and member of the Animal Welfare Board of India, told Mid-Day, that the culprit would be released with a Rs 50 fine only. The regulation needs to be strengthened, Jain added.
