Bollywood singer Shaan is all set to return to hosting after 14 years. The singer will feature on Swayamvar - Mika Di Vohti, wherein he will host and guide Mika as the Aankh Maare singer finds his life partner. While there's time for the show to air, Shaan, in an exclusive interview with Zoom TV Digital, hilariously joked that Mika's neighbour and comedian Kapil Sharma will be happy with his marriage.
The singer was asked if there was anything he would want Mika to stop doing after his marriage. To which, Shaan said, "I am sure he is tired of doing what he's been doing for so long. Wahi party karna, dosto ko bulana, live band ke saath gana. His neighbour Kapil will also be happy ki yaar shaadi ho gayi bhai ki, ab roz ki parties band hogi."
The singer said that everyone needs a life partner at one point. Citing his own example, Shaan said that even when he is away from his family for a short duration for some events, he feels lonely.
"He is lonely, he is alone," said Shaan, adding, "Raat ko wo kaatne aa jata hai, aap akele light off karke so rahe ho, ajeeb lagta hoga. Sometimes when I am not home, I just can't sleep, I am also up till 4-5 am. Neend nahi aati kya kare..." said Shaan.
Swayamavar - Mika Di Vohti airs on June 19 on Star Bharat. The show will feature a total of 12 contestants from different parts of the country, who will be competing to be Mika's wife.
