Congress MPs Protest Against Fuel Price Hike, Ground Report From Parliament

A day after opposition parties walked out of both the houses over the fuel price hike, the Congress MPs today staged a protest at Gandhi statue against rising fuel and LPG cylinder price hike. We spoke to Congress MPs who claim that this govt is against the common man as such price hike it will burn holes in the pockets of the common man. Multiple adjournment notices have been given by opposition MPs in both houses for discussion over the fuel price hikes. The opposition also hits the government on the hike immediately after the elections. Petrol and diesel prices were hiked by 80 paise per liter for the second consecutive day across the country.
