In the latest updates, Supreme Court decided to stay the order passed by Calcutta High Court regarding the CBI probe. This new development comes in the West Bengal Teachers Recruitment Scam 2022 after Calcutta HC had ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI to probe into "who is pulling the strings".A bench comprising of Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud and Justice Hima Kohli have decided to stay the order passed by Calcutta HC.
