One out of every three IT jobs in India being created in Telangana

Telangana is also on track to meet the goals it set in the 2nd ICT Policy 2021–26, which include exports of Rs 3 lakh crore and 10 lakh employment. Hyderabad: Telangana accounts for one out of every three new IT jobs in India, reported Telangana Today. Over the course of the fiscal year 2021–2022, the technology sector added around 450,000 jobs nationwide. About 1,53,000 of them are new employments, demonstrating why Hyderabad is the top choice for IT companies.
The largest IT cluster in the nation, Bengaluru, came in second with 148,500 new employments during FY22.
Numerous people have taken notice of the state's outstanding achievements in the IT industry. Telangana's strong performance in the industry has been praised by India Tech & Infra, a Twitter account that tweets about industry developments.
According to the tweet, more than three lakh new jobs have been created in Bengaluru and Hyderabad (which took the first position). With 54,000 jobs, Mumbai came in third, followed by Pune with 40,500 and Chennai with 22,500.
It claimed that over 31,000 jobs were created in Tier 2 cities and Delhi NCR, citing a Quess IT Staffing study.
The overall number of people employed in Telangana's IT/ITES sector, according to the department of IT and communications, is currently close to 7.8 lakh. Over 628,615 in 2020–21, the growth rate for job creation has been around 24%.
Since 2013–14, employment in Telangana's IT/ITeS sector has increased by an astonishing 140%. IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao had previously stated that the addition of more than 1.53 lakh employment during 2021–22 is the largest in a single year since Telangana was created.
Despite the epidemic, the State experienced this growth for two consecutive years.
