Wondering if Hrithik Roshan is part of Brahmastra 2? Here’s what the actor has to say

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is all set to star in his upcoming movie Vikram Vedha alongside Saif Ali Khan. The movie will hit the theatres on September 30 and also stars Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf, Yogita Bihani, and Sharib Hashmi. In the days leading up to its scheduled release, Vikram Vedha has been heavily promoted by Hrithik. After the release of the film, he will be preoccupied with his forthcoming film Fighter starring Deepika Padukone. The Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actor has a schedule full of intriguing films.

There are several rumours claiming that Hrithik is a contender for the Ramayana, Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra Part Two: Deva. Hrithik could have hinted that he might be appearing in the two films, however, nothing has been confirmed as of yet. In a recent press conference, the actor revealed, “What is happening? Nothing is happening. Next 'Fighter' will start and then there is potential for others to be made, (including) the ones you spoke of. Fingers crossed.''

Hrithik Roshan and Ranveer Singh were reportedly up for the role of Dev in Brahmastra Part 2 earlier this month, according to Internet rumours. Dev's personality was introduced in Brahmastra Part One: Shiva and his journey will continue in the follow-up.

Pushkar-Gayatri is the director and writer of the action thriller Vikram Vedha. It is a remake of the same-titled 2017 Tamil hit starring Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan. Hrithik portrays a notorious criminal in the film, and Saif plays a tough cop. The film is slated for release on September 30, 2022.
