Munich: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday reached Germany on a two-day visit during which he will attend the G7 summit and discuss a range of issues like energy, food security, counter-terrorism, environment and democracy with the leaders of the powerful bloc and its partner countries.
Ahead of the summit, PM Modi addressed a community programme in Munich where he talked about the success of Centre's some of the flagship schemes like Swachh Bharat, Nal Se Jal and Startup India. He also talked bout Covid vaccination and India's policies on climate change.

    The G7 leaders are expected to discuss the ongoing Ukraine crisis has led to geopolitical tension besides triggering a global food and energy crisis. "During the sessions of the Summit, I will be exchanging views with the G7 counties, G7 partner countries and guest International Organisations on topical issues such as environment, energy, climate, food security, health, counter-terrorism, gender equality and democracy," PM Modi said in a statement ahead of his visit.
