In a significant development, the Hyderabad police have averted a major terror attack in the city. The police have arrested 3 individuals who are charged under the anti-terror act. As per the city police, the three accused were allegedly conspiring to hurl grenades at public gatherings and four grenades have been recovered from them. Police have also recovered Rs. 5 lakh in cash from the accused. An investigation concerning the same is still underway and the police have taken almost 20 people into custody so far.
