New Delhi: The Madras High Court on Thursday ordered the Tamil Nadu government to make sure that images of the President and Prime Minister are included in all Chess Olympiad advertisements in print and electronic media. The Supreme Court on Thursday remarked that the mother, being the only natural guardian of the child after the death of the biological father (husband), has the right to decide the surname of the child.
