Adipurush new poster! Prabhas as Lord Ram will leave you celebrating 'victory of good over evil'

The world will say in unison that Prabhas Uppalapati Venkata Suryanarayana Prabhas Raju is one of the best actors in the country. Yes, he has been making a mark in the Telugu film industry, but his popularity reached new heights when he arrived on the big screen as Baahubali. Whether it was lifting a Shiva Linga or running up and down a waterfall, Prabhas gave fans a larger-than-life hero that is still a fan favourite.

So it obviously comes as no surprise that fans have been waiting with bated breath to see him immortalise the role of Lord Ram on the big screen. Prabhas has been busy shooting for Om Raut's Adipurush where he essays the role of Lord Ram while Kriti Sanon essays the role of Goddess Sita and Saif Ali Khan as Raavana.

The teaser of the film is expected to release on October 2 but before that, the makers have decided to treat fans to a special poster revealing Prabhas as Lord Ram. The magnanimity of the poster only makes the wait for January 2023 much harder.

The film is directed by Om Raut and made on a budget of Rs 300 crore. Touted as one of the biggest films in Prabhas' career, the film is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series and Retrophiles. Apart from the lead trio, the movie also stars Sunny Singh as Lakshmana, Devdatta Nage as Hanuman, Vatsal Sheth, Sonal Chauhan, and Trupti Toradmal.
