After Ranbir Kapoor - Alia Bhatt and Shibani Dandekar - Farhan Akhtar, it is time for another big Bollywood wedding. Fukrey stars Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha are all set to tie the knot. If the reports are anything to go by, the couple might take the plunge in September, 2022.
Reports reveal that the couple has planned out their schedule in such a way that they can wrap up their schedules by September 25. The duo has left their schedule vacant between September 25-October first week.
The report further states that the two are going to have five functions for their wedding. The couple is also planning to host three receptions, one in Mumbai for their close friends and family and one in Delhi for their extended families. Richa and Ali will also host one grand wedding reception in Mumbai for all their celebrity friends across the country.
“There’s a sangeet, a wedding ceremony with traditional rituals, which would be more of an intimate family affair, and three receptions — one smaller intimate one with the family in Mumbai, one bigger party for all industry friends and one in Delhi, as Richa’s extended family is there,” a source told HT.
Ali and Richa met on the sets of Fukrey and soon, sparks flew. The two were all set to get married in 2019 but then the pandemic struck. The lovebirds had to postpone their wedding but they did move-in together. Richa has always heaped praise on Ali Fazal for being an excellent partner.
Richa had revealed that the Mirzapur actor takes care of the house and their house chores as much as she does. She also revealed that he doesn't come with a patriarchal mindset that the women has to take care of the house and the matters associated with it. And, that has made their relationship flourish even more.
