Bandra Worli Sea Link accident: Accused Irfan Abdul Raheem Beelkia has been arrested by the Maharashtra police under section 304 ( death by negligence) of the India Penal Code for over-speeding & rash driving. Yesterday, at least six people died and 13 were injured in a bizarre accident that took place between four cars and an ambulance on Mumbai's Bandra Worli Sea Link in the early morning hours today. The incident took place at 3.30 am and the visuals were caught on a CCTV camera. According to local reports, one vehicle had already met with an accident on the Bandra Worli Sea Link. An ambulance was called to rush the injured people to a nearby hospital.
