Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap often makes it to the headlines for voicing his opinion on different current issues. The director does not hold himself back while sharing his opinion and recently, he grabbed everyone’s attention when he took potshots at filmmaker Aditya Chopra during one of his recent interviews.
Amid all this, Anurag Kashyap shared a picture where he could be spotted posing with his two ex-wives – Aarti Bajaj and Kalki Koechlin. Sharing the photo on his Instagram, the Dobaaraa director called them his “two pillars”.

Meanwhile, Anurag Kashyap is currently busy promoting his movie Dobaaraa featuring Taapsee Pannu in the lead role. During one of the promotional activities, the Gangs of Wasseypur director took a dig at Aditya Chopra and told Gallata Plus, “You have one person sitting in a cave, who doesn’t know the world outside, dictating how everybody should be making their films and telling them what to do. Obviously, you’re digging your own grave. You have to empower people, you can’t dictate terms. That time is passe now.”
He continued, “If Aditya Chopra has hired a bunch of people, he needs to empower them and not dictate them, not control the casting, not control everything. Sit in your office, hire good people if you trust them, and let them make their film. Which is the mistake he makes. He doesn’t let them (be).”
However, on the other hand, Anurag was all praise for filmmaker Karan Johar.
Talking about the film, Dobaaraa is the official remake of the Spanish movie Mirage. The movie is set to hit the theatres on August 19, 2022.
