Tollywood's megastar Ram Charan is currently busy shooting for his next pan-Indian film with acclaimed director Shankar Shanmugham, which is tentatively titled RC15. The film shoot has been taking place in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.
As per the story’s requirement, director Shankar is filming some key scenes in an open space. The public has been gathering in large numbers to see the shooting and is capturing the footage on their mobile phones. Some of them have shared them online as well. Meanwhile, the makers announced that they have begun shooting in open areas with a crowd and requested everyone to avoid taking photos or videos. The makers of RC15 took to Twitter and released a statement strongly opposing piracy on sets.
The statement read, "The shoot of #RC15 #SVC50 is happening in open areas with a crowd as per the requirements of the film. We request everyone to maintain restraint and avoid posting shooting pictures and videos taken illegally. Our anti-piracy team will be taking action against ids posting the unauthorised content."

Earlier, Ram Charan jetted off to Rajahmundry to take part in the shooting of his upcoming film, RC15. As soon as he landed in Rajahmundry, hundreds of Charan's fans gathered outside the airport and mobbed him. On his way to his hotel, Ram Charan's fans extended a warm welcome by lining up on either side of the road.

Speaking about RC15, the upcoming film stars Kiara Advani as the leading lady and also features Anjali, Jayaram, Naveen Chandra, and comedy star Sunil in supporting roles. The Music has been produced by SS Thaman and the cinematography is by Tirru. The multi starrer is bankrolled by popular Tollywood producer Dil Raju under his home banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. It will be simultaneously shot in five languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
On the work front, Ram Charan is also awaiting the release of SS Rajamouli's period action drama RRR co-starring Jr NTR.
