Greater Noida: Inside a residential society in Greater Noida on Thursday, a man allegedly misbehaved with a female security guard and hurled abuses at her.
Ankit Bhati, a man, allegedly became enraged at the female security guard who had just been hired. The security guard reportedly did "not open the gate."
The incident happened on Thursday in Greater Noida's Ace Platinum Society, which is situated in Zeta-1. Bhati became enraged and began verbally abusing the female guard when she inquired about his flat number, news agency IANS reported.
When the female guard and those in attendance objected to his behaviour, Bhati threatened to beat everyone up.
The society's head of security, Veerpal Singh, claimed that Bhati had misbehaved and abused the female guard.
The housing society and the female security guard have both filed complaints.
Meanwhile, the Allahabad High Court on Thursday granted bail to self-proclaimed politician Shrikant Tyagi, who became embroiled in controversy after being caught on camera abusing and assaulting a woman resident at his Grande Omaxe Society in Noida.
Tyagi, who identified himself as a BJP politician, was arrested last month after allegedly abusing and assaulting a woman at his society. He was taken into custody on August 9 in Meerut by Noida Police.
Shrikant Tyagi was being searched across three states by a number of police teams, including the Uttar Pradesh STF. Eventually, police located him in Meerut, where they arrested him along with three of his associates.
Shrikant Tyagi was booked under Sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 354 (outraging modesty of woman and assault), 447 (criminal trespass), 504 (intentional insult) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
