Before the Union Minister's visit, Jammu and Kashmir was facing a serious chain of terrorist attacks. At first, the attack happened in Pulwama and now in Baramulla. Pakistan is trying to show its strength by attempting to kill civilians in the valley. Four days ago, Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists attacked the Agniveer rally too. Pakistan doesn't want development in the Valley. And the Union Minister's rally and speech will do the same. Before Amit Shah's visit, four terrorists were killed in encounters.
