Marvel just released the trailer for its much-awaited Thor Love and Thunder. The film sees Chris Hemsworth return as Thor Odinson, alongside, Tessa Thompson, Christian Bale, Chris Pratt, Jaimie Alexander, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn, Jeff Goldblum, Vin Diesel, and Bradley Cooper. Marvel's 29th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), it also sees Natalie Portman returns as Mighty Thor after her last outing in 2013.
he film follows on the heels of Avengers: Endgame which saw Thor Odinson (Chris Hemsworth) leave Earth with the Guardians of the Galaxy following the fall of Asgard. The teaser shows him as a member of the group with Chris Pratt, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel. However, the biggest moment of the teaser comes in the final seconds, when Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster is revealed as the new Mighty Thor.

Chris took to social media to share his fitness routine, following which could give his fans a chance to have an awesome physique like him. The actor is a known fitness enthusiast, and when not acting is usually spotted in his garden or gym. Chris is also the founder of a fitness-related app called Centr.
Chris recently shared a short video of multiple workout routines that can be done without equipment. In the video, Chris started his day by performing Switch in an open space for around 30 seconds. Dressed in a black T-shirt and a black pair of gym trousers, Chris can be seen being engrossed in his routine, while one of his fitness partners can be seen in the background following his routine.

In the clip, Chris does Switch for 30 seconds, followed by Plank get up for 20 seconds, Burpee for 30 seconds, Toe Crunch for 20 seconds, Mountain climber to elbow for 30 seconds, V-seat Bent knee for 20 seconds, Prisoner squat for 30 seconds, Flutter kick for 20 seconds, Plank jack and pushup for 30 seconds and Jump lunge for 20 seconds.
Chris also explained that a 20 second break should be taken in between the exercises and a 60 seocnd break after the entire routine. The routine should be repeated 4 times.
High Intensity workouts not only burn a higher amount of calories in a short period of time but can elevate metabolism for hours after exercise which results in burning additional calorie.
