Maha loses Vedanta Foxconn To Gujarat | 'Shinde Betrayed Our Youth' Says Aditya Thackeray

A War of words over the Vedanta Foxconn project moving to Gujarat escalates with Aditya Thackeray in a fresh salvo calling for the resignation of the Indian industry's minister and also saying that the Shinde government has betrayed the youth of Maharashtra. Aditya responds to the mirror now saying that "The deal was meant to happen with Maharashtra and we lost it because of Shinde" He added, "The negotiation was in process and the project slipped out of our hands". Hitting out at the Shinde government, he asked for an explanation because on July 26 there was a cordial meeting with Eknath Shinde and the company when they agreed to the 1.45 crores of investment as well as providing jobs in Maharashtra.
