Ram Charan, Jr NTR's RRR creates another record after it's OTT release, all details here

When it comes to telling a story on the big screen with grandeur, extravaganza, and panache, it will definitely be SS Rajamouli. The director has given the audience some fun films including Eega, Magadheera, and Chatrapathi among others. But he becomes a global phenomenon with the Baahubali series that starred Prabhas and Rana Daggubati in pivotal roles. The filmmaker has now been riding high on the success of his last release RRR. The film starred Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the lead and went on to become a massive success.

The film went on to clock Rs 1100 crore at the box office, worldwide and has made its way to the OTT platform. And now, it seems like the film has been setting new records on the online streaming platform as well.

The film recently released on Netflix and is said to have clocked in over 45 million hours across the globe. Netflix India went on to share the news on Twitter and it read, "RRR is now the most popular Indian film on Netflix around the world. Sending the biggest to fans everywhere!"

Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film also starred Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran in pivotal roles. The film also starred Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody and Olivia MOrris. The hit film was produced by DVV Danayya and DVV Entertainment. Not just the plot of the film, but even the songs went on to become a massive hit.
