Pooja Hegde, A.R. Rahman, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, R. Madhavan and Shekhar Kapoor are among the 11 film personalities who are members of India's official delegation to Cannes. Recently, Deepika Padukone joined them for the inauguration of the Indian Pavilion. After videos and pictures from the event went viral on social media, TV star Hina Khan felt "a bit disheartened."

In a recent interview, she spoke about how there were several well-known talents from India for the inauguration but she wasn't invited. "There is this elitist system, this elitist game which still exists," she told Film Companion.

Sidharth Shukla

The late actor's fans are apparently not so happy with the makers of the recently released track Zaroori Hai. When the makers released the last music video of Sidharth on Friday, his fans called them out on social media. They believe that the music video was released without the consent of the Shukla family.

Aly Goni - Jasmin Bhasin

Are the telly world lovebirds finally tying the knot? Well, their latest video hints at it. On Friday, Aly took to his Instagram to share a message for his fans where he spoke about his big plan with Jasmin. "Guys, finally yeh baat pakki hogayi hai. Maine aur Jasmin ne apne parents ko batadiya hai. Bas ab invitation cards baatne ki deri hai but maine socha ki hum digitally hi sabko batadenge," the actor can be heard saying in the video.

Minutes later, his ladylove Jasmin also shared a message. "Aap logo ne Aly ki story dekhi toh aap logo ko pata chal hi gaya hoga ki finally, Aly aur mai yeh step lerahe hai. Hum bahot excited hai aur I am sure aap log bhi bahot excited honge toh wait kijiye jab hum log dates announce kare," she said.
