Sanjay Dutt is currently busy promoting his upcoming flick KGF: Chapter 2 which sees him sharing screen with Yash, Raveena Tandon, Prakash Raj and Shrinidhi Shetty. However, the actor recently took some time out to answer a few queries regarding the upcoming Ranbir Alia wedding.
For the unversed, Ranbir Kapoor was critically lauded when he played Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju, which was a biopic on the actor. Ranbir has filmed the project over a period of a year, picking up the actor's swagger, style of dialogue as well as all the emotions Sanjay Dutt felt during his highly controversial life. Having had a close association with the Brahmastra actor, it is only natural for fans to be curious regarding his views on the Ranbir Alia marriage.
During a recent interaction with ETimes, when asked about it, Sanjay said, “If he is getting married, I am really happy for him. Alia was literally born and brought up in front of me. Marriage is a commitment they are making to each other. And they have to stick by that, hold each other’s hands and move ahead in happiness, peace and glory. Make kids soon Ranbir, and stay happy!”

However, the actor did have a bit of a marriage advice for the young couple. The actor said it has to be a matter of compromise from both ends, before adding, "Rocky roads will come and go, but someone will have to bend. I would only advise them to assess the situation and be on the same page as for who needs to bend in the given circumstance at that time."
He further went on to add," With every curve in the road, they have to remember that the commitment they made to each other is very important and that is the key to keep moving ahead.”
Meanwhile Sanjay Dutt is making his Kannada debut with Prashanth Neel’s KGF: Chapter 2, which is a highly anticipated sequel to his KGF that released back in 2018. The actor will essay the main antagonist Adheera to Yash’s Rocky.
