DLF is looking at a bid for a New Delhi shopping mall with a starting price of $366m.
“Ambience Mall” is up for auction after Ambience Group, its current owner, failed to pay its debt of $149m to Indiabulls Housing Finance and other creditors.
DLF will review the data and consider whether or not to bid on it.
