2023 Triumph Bonneville T100 gets new colours

Triumph Motorcycles India on Tuesday announced the launch of the new 2023 Bonneville T100 premium retro cruiser bike at a starting price tag of Rs 9.59 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike has been introduced in three colour schemes - Jet Black, Carnival Red with Fusion White, and Meridian Blue with Tangerine. Apart from the addition of new colours, the rest of the details remain unchanged on the bike.
While the Jet Black option has been priced at Rs 9.59 lakh, the Carnival Red with Fusion White costs Rs 9.89 lakh and the Meridian Blue with Tangerine will set you back by Rs 9.89 lakh, all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
On the outside, the use of the new paint scheme options have given the motorcycle a refreshed appeal. The Jet Black paint features a single-tone finish, but other options get a dual-tone colour scheme. While the styling has been tweaked with the combination of new colours, the design continues to be highlighted with the use of its signature round headlight, tear-drop-shaped fuel tank with rubber pads, peashooter exhaust, and wire-spoke wheels.
The bike also retains its mechanical configuration with the use of the BS6-compliant 900cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. This unit has been rated to deliver 64.1bhp at 7,400rpm and 80Nm of peak torque at 3,750rpm, while the transmission duties are continued by its 5-speed gearbox.
The suspension kit on the retro classic offering from Triumph features the same 41mm telescopic front fork which is backed up with twin rear springs. The bike has been featuring the same setup since its last generation update which was given a few years back. Also, other bits such as disc brakes, tyres etc. have been retained.
With the latest update, the bike has renewed its rivalry with other bikes in the segment including the Kawasaki Z650 RS.
