LED Light Mask

LED light therapy is a technology that is adopted by the skincare experts to heal wounds, tame inflammation after facials, minimize breakouts, and give skin an overall boost. Each mask employs a different spectrum of light wavelengths that penetrateinto the skin to trigger different kinds of changes within skin at the molecular level. Under this therapy, blue light is used to treat acne problems. It penetrates into the hair follicles and pores of the skin. Bacteria present on the layer of the skin are very reactive to the blue light spectrum. It stops their metabolism and kills them. while red light is used for anti-aging concerns.
Here's what Dr Ajay Rana has to say:
It increases circulation and stimulates collagen and reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles. LED light therapy masks devices can be effective as long as they’re used with topicals or in-office treatments. While LED light therapy skin devices are weak and unlikely to have enough energy to burn the skin, the safest way to shield the skin from the light while using these devices is toalways consult the dermatologist before self-treating.
The safest way to use these LED light therapy masks totally depends on the strength of the light, the specific wavelength of the light, the distance from the source to the skin, the length of time it is used according to the skin type and skin concern of the user. But the time is not more than 30 minutes. For its safest use, first apply a chemical in the form of a serum or a photosensitizer, and then go under the LED light mask therapy.
