Xiaomi celebrates the third anniversary of its Redmi K20 series with exclusive movie screening
Redmi has announced an all new campaign across 10 cities in India.
Xiaomi had launched its budget flagship smartphones; the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro, back in 2019. Now, as part of the third anniversary of the devices, Redmi has announced an all new campaign across 10 cities in India.
The campaign will be active in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Lucknow.
As part of the same, the company has organized an exclusive movie screening for Redmi K series users (Redmi K20/ Redmi K20 Pro). As part of our conversation with the official spokesperson from Xiaomi, the company revealed that it will screen the recently released film; Top Gun: Maverick, for its Redmi K series users in India.
As per the company, multiple KOLs across cities participated in #RedmiKSeriesFanEvent campaign and conducted giveaways for their followers on Twitter in their respective city.
The campaign is scheduled to conclude today along with the announcement of the movie ticket winners. Additionally, Xiaomi has also stated that users who have not been selected, can still purchase tickets to watch the film.
Redmi K20 and K20 Pro: Specifications
The Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro come with a 6.39-inch 19.5:9 full HD+ AMOLED display. Both the phones come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for added protection. The smartphones pack a 20MP pop-up selfie camera and come with 7th generation in-display fingerprint scanner.
The devices are powered by a 4,000 mAh battery, which is said to last for up to 2 days in regular usage conditions. Both the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro come with USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack and fast-charge support. Redmi K20 series comes with P2i nano-coating that is said to make the phones splash-proof.
