Jacqueline Fernandez's plea in the court seeking permission to travel abroad, for the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival in France and the IIFA Awards in Abu Dhabi, has been withdrawn. This comes as a setback for the actress. She has been linked in a case with a con man Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The investigation in the case is still ongoing, and so the court has disallowed any abroad travel for her as her Sri Lankan passport has also been seized.
