Former MONSTA X member Wonho has announced exciting news! The singer-songwriter will be releasing his first solo song with UNIVERSE Music soon.
On August 13 KST, the global fandom platform UNIVERSE announced that MONSTA X’s former member Wonho will be releasing a new single called Don't Hesitate on August 19 KST. The song will be a part of UNIVERSE’s Music project, that had been kick started by IZ*ONE in January last year.

Additionally, the schedule for the song was also released that included the dates for the concept image, concept video, teaser and the final music video. According to the schedule, UNIVERSE will release Wonho’s concept image on August 14, a concept video on August 16 and the teaser on August 17. The music video for Don’t Hesitate will first be released on the Universe app and then a week later on YouTube.
During a fansign in May this year Wonho had hinted at his partnership with Universe Music. When asked by a fan about his upcoming projects Wonho revealed, “Right now I’m working with Universe Music also. I’ve been working hard because the song has to come out soon. The Universe song is good too! It's a song I wrote about two years ago, when I debuted.”
Wohno adds to the list of multiple other K-pop artists who have joined hands with UNIVERSE Music to release singles, the most recent one being former IZ*ONE member Jo Yuri. Earlier this year, ATEEZ, The Boyz, ASTRO, former Wanna One member Kang Daniel, etc worked on the project and released special songs.
UNIVERSE is a K-pop media social platform through which artists interact with fans via text, video, images and audios. Recently, GOT7 member Youngjae and rookie boy group EPEX joined the platform.

Meanwhile, Wonho released his third mini-album Facade in June this year and is set to kick off his first tour, Wonho's first tour 2022 European Tour Facade, later this month.
