The film has earned over Rs 13 crore at the US box office over the weekend. It has already crossed the Rs 150 crore mark worldwide in its opening weekend.

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram, starring Kamal Haasan in the lead, along with Fahadh Faasil, Vijay Sethupathi and Suriya in key roles is having a dream run at the box office. The film which had released amidst lofty expecations, lived up to its hype and has already crossed the Rs 150 crore mark worldwide in its opening weekend.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh has now shared the business of the film across various countries over the weekend. Adarsh tweeted, "‘VIKRAM’ OVERSEAS: VICTORIOUS WKND… #Vikram is SENSATIONAL #Overseas… Total till Sunday…" before going on to write that Vikram has earned Rs 13.43 crore at USA alone, while at UK, it has earned Rs 3.90 crore and at Australia Rs 3.55 crore.
Adarsh in his tweet further mentioned that the film has earned Rs 34.09 laksh in Germany and Rs 33.91 lakh in New Zealand. According to Adarsh, the film earned Rs 24.36 lakh, Rs 25.83 lakh and Rs 13,487 in Canada, Ireland and France respectively.

Vikram, which has been released in Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam sees Kamal Haasan reprising his role from the 1986 original, returning as former agent Vikram of the coveted Black Squad which used to work for the Indian government.
Meanwhile, filmmaker Lokesh Kanagraj revealed he is overwhelmed with the love he has received for his latest film Vikram.
Lokesh tweeted, "I haven't been this emotional ever. The acceptance you've showed 'Vikram' and me has been so overwhelming. I don't know how I'm gonna repay you guys for all this love. Ever grateful to Kamal Haasan sir and my amazing people. So moved. Love you all."
Kamal Haasan responded to Lokesh's tweet saying, "The only way you can do any debt management with a loving audience is to never become complacent. Do honest back breaking work, they love and respect that. My energy comes from their love. All power to your endeavours. RKFI will proudly support you like we did this time. Rock on."
