It seems that there is no stopping Kartik Aaryan starrer horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The film, which also stars Tabu and Kiara Advani in pivotal roles has been reigning supreme at the box office, despite a number of new releases, and not withstanding the fact that it has also been released on OTT.

The film has already emerged a winner in terms of opening weekend business, raking in Rs 55.96 crore within the first three days of release and has subsequently gone on to earn the top spot globally on Netflix.

Earlier today, film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news, writing, "'BB2' WINNING HEARTS GLOBALLY... After setting #BO on fire and emerging a BLOCKBUSTER, #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 is creating waves on #Netflix, trending at the TOP SPOT globally... Young Superstar #KartikAaryan has created an enviable fan-following not just in #India but across the world."

Not only Adarsh, the man of the hour, Kartik Aaryan himself shared the news, writing, "The Entire World is Zig Zagging and Singing Teri Aankhen Bhool Bhulaiyaa!! TOPS THE NETFLIX WORLDWIDE CHART Officially GLOBAL BLOCKBUSTER OF THE YEAR on #Netflix Now Number 1 Sirf India mein nahi, Poore World mein ho gayi bhai."

Meanwhile, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has crossed the Rs 200 crore mark at the box office. Recently, Kartik expressed his gratitude to the audience and his fans for showering so much love to the movie. He shared a post on his social media and wrote, “23 Crores ke First Sunday se 230 Crores ke 42nd day tak Audience ka Pyaar #Unreal #Gratitude #BhoolBhulaiyaa2.”

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is a standalone sequel to the 2007 Akshay Kumar film Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Directed by Anees Bazmee, the movie also featured Tabu, Kiara Advani, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra and Ashwini Kalsekar in pivotal roles.

On the work front, Kartik has Shehzada, Captain India, Freddy, and Sajid Nadiadwala's untitled next.
