Hrithik Roshan-Saif Ali Khan's Vikram Vedha sells over 1,50,000 tickets in advance booking - details inside

Vikram Vedha, co-starring Saif Ali Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Radhika Apte in lead roles, has sold over 1,50,000 tickets. The film also co-stars Rohit Saraf in a pivotal role. As per the latest reports, the Pushkar-Gayathri film has recorded the third highest advance ticket sales after Brahmastra and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the film has sold approximately 1.50 lakh tickets across the country. The gross collection in the north was recorded at Rs 3.75 crore around 8:30 pm today. While more spot ticket bookings are expected on its opening day (September 30), the film has started on a decent note.

It is to be noted that the film has received rave reviews from the film industry members. Saif's wife and actress Kareena Kapoor Khan took to social media a few days ago and shared her verdict on the film. "Best film best actors best story best directors...what a film...blockbuster," she wrote on Instagram. The actress added a couple of heart and fire emoticons to complete her IG story. Hrithik Roshan's dad and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan also shared her review of the film. The director wrote: “Saw Vikram Vedha TERRIFIC credit to the director, actors & the team WOW!”

For those unaware, Vikram Vedha is the official Hindi remake of the 2017 Tamil action thriller of the same name. The original film starred R Madhavan and Vijay Setupathi in the lead roles.

The ticket count is expected to grow in the coming weekend. With October 2 being a national holiday, the trade experts are predicting a good performance for the film.
