Delhi University’s School of Open Learning has introduced six new job-oriented courses for candidates. The six new courses are Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis), Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Arts-Economics (Hons), Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences, and Masters of Library and Information Sciences.
These six new courses admission will begin soon for the incoming batch of new students and the courses will be taught from the upcoming academic session. The admission forms will be released likely be released this week as per the report. Forms will be available on the official website of DU SOL, sol.du.ac.in. A press conference was held regarding the announcement of the new courses. Apart from the MBA courses which will have total 20,00 seats, the rest all have unlimited seats but every course would have a minimum eligibility criterion.
As per reports, the Delhi University Vice Chancellor, Yogesh Singh said that the university’s open learning school has not introduced any new program study in the last 28 years and has been thinking of new courses which would be attractive for students. The courses have been introduced after getting approvals from the Distance Education Bureau and All India Council for Technical Education. The Director of Campus Open Learning Payal Mago has said that admission forms for open learning courses will be open likely within this week.
